take your kids to work day
Someone else posted their policy, so I thought I'd post mine.
April 27th is the designated Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. In order to make this a meaningful day while maintaining our ability to serve our customers, a significant amount of volunteer time is required to both plan for, and execute on the actual day.
After polling our teams at both the Highlands Ranch and Westminster locations, we were not able to identify the required resources to do so. Therefore, the organization will NOT be able to participate in this event in our locations.
Please cascade to all our associates that April 27th is a business as usual day, and our policy of no children in the workplace is in effect.
Thanks.
I really wish I would have known there was a no childen in the workplace policy a long time ago. I would have yelled at a lot more people instead of tolerating their nonsense.
